This presentation was given to the GPSoC team at NHS England/NHS Digital in 2012, when they were showing signs of being interested in an open source alternative to their broken GP IT market - at the time an 'oligopoly' of about 4 GP system providers - in the intervening 10 years this has now effectively become a duopoly - TPP and EMIS - at least in England.
